Risk Assessments
As per the law, Navitas conducts regular risk assessments and incident training to ensure that the potential hazards at the workplace are eliminated. Regular risk assessments has led to the finding long term solutions to issues/problems that pose the most risk to the employees, such as preventing slips or falls.Sufficient Workplace Lighting
Good lighting at Navitas Professional is the key factor to employee/client safety. In places where natural lights cannot reach, florescent lights are used.
Fire Safety Protocol
At Navitas Professional, regular fire risk assessments are conducted. These assessments help to identify fire hazards and the potential people at risk. As new employees join the company, an induction and evacuation process training is conducted with them. Fire exits and floorplan (with appropriate symbols) are located at multiple places across the floor.
